Registration Policies
Acceptance priority based on when Team Entry Fee is received. Housing priority based on when Team Entry Fee is received.
This event has a “Hotel Savings” policy to help manage hotel rates during this high-demand period.
- To be Accepted into this event, all teams outside 90 miles of the Greater Phoenix area must book a minimum of 6 total room nights per team through Festival Housing (i.e. 3 rooms for 2 nights, 2 rooms for 3 nights, etc.). Parent rooms count toward the 6 total room nights per team.

This is an AAU licensed event.
- Each Club must be registered with AAU ($30 and good until Aug. 31, 2026)
- All players, coaches, and chaperones on roster must be AAU members (Coaches $55 one year or $75 two years / $22 players and good until Aug. 31, 2026)
- Enhanced Background check cost is included in AAU adult membership cost.
- Apply for Adult AAU memberships early. Background checks sometimes take 2-3 weeks to complete

PAYMENT DEADLINES
Register and pay before December 23, 2025 to save $100. After that date, the team entry is $985. Pay before January 23, 2025, to guarantee a spot in the tournament. Teams paying after January 23rd will be accepted on a case by case basis.
ROSTER DEADLINES
- Roster Deadline is January 23, 2025
- Late Roster/Change Fees: A $50 late fee will be applied starting January 23rd.
*Team roster information must be in AES by Jan. 23, 2026 to be used for personalized player bag tag credentials. Otherwise, players will receive blank bag tags.
AAU MEMBERSHIP
Festivall Fiesta is an AAU-licensed event which requires all clubs, players, coaches, and chaperones to have an AAU Membership. If your team is not already registered with AAU, click HERE to sign up.
AES INSTRUCTIONS
REQUIRED FORMS

No FESTIVAL WAIVER FORM is required for 2025.
The Team Coach or Chaperone must keep a copy (printed or electronic) of a completed and signed medical release waiver (MEDICAL RELEASE FORM TEMPLATE) in their possession at all times while at the Volleyball Festival.

In the case of event cancellation, $895 entry fee will be refunded (late fees and cc convenience fee are not refundable).
