We need qualified officials to join us in Arizona for the 2026 Festival Fiesta Classic. Please register as an official for this event on advancedeventsystems.com.

REGISTRATION

AAU MEMBERSHIP
Officials must have a 2025-26 AAU membership. Cost is $55 for one year or $75 for two years. Memberships are good for all AAU sports and events through August, 2026. Go HERE to sign up.
PAYMENT
Per match rates in 2025 are $30 (JODP), $40 (Probationary/ Provisional), $45 (Regional 1 & 2), and $55 (Jr. National & National). Payments are made through ARBITERPAY. Go to www.arbiterpay.com to create a free account if you don’t have one. Please send me your ArbiterPay Account Number (10 digits) and your User ID. Year-end 1099s come directly from ArbiterPay, not from Festival Sports.
STIPENDS
$40/day added to your ArbiterPay account to cover meals for each full day of work.
FACILITIES
90 courts: 50 at Arizona Athletic Grounds (6321 S. Ellsworth Rd., Mesa, AZ 85212), 24 at State Farm Stadium (1 Cardinals Dr., Glendale, AZ 85305), 6 at Avondale ASC (755 N 114th Ave, Avondale, AZ 85323), 6 at Salvation Army KROC Center (1375 E Broadway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85040), and 4 at Independence HS (6602 N 75th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85303). Arizona Athletic Grounds hosts the 12-14 Club, 13/14 Open, 14 -18 Classic divisions. The other locations host the 15-18 Club, 15/16 Open divisions.
OFFICIALS' CHECK-IN
There is not an Officials’ Meeting prior to competition. Details will be forthcoming on how Officials may pick up their staff uniforms and entry credentials.
TRAVEL
Officials traveling more than 120 miles from Phoenix receive a $250 travel reimbursement. A reimbursement of $.70/mi for roundtrip travel to/from Phoenix is provided to those driving from 60-120 miles away. Must work a full 3-day schedule to be eligible.
HOUSING & CARPOOLING
Double occupancy rooms for Friday through Sunday night are provided for those traveling over 60 miles one-way from their assigned venue. Roommate requests and carpooling plans or needs should be sent to Philip Hoffman (Cell #: 903-767-7983; Email: mptaso@hughes.net).
PARKING
Arizona Athletic Grounds Officials receive a unique code for comp parking on AAG’s online parking app. Failure to register your vehicle or use the code will result in a $8/day charge with potential service fees. State Farm Stadium Officials receive a parking pass to be placed on their dashboard. Park in the North Preferred Red Lot and enter the Stadium through Gate 2. All other locations are free to park.

CLOTHING
Festival Staff apparel (T-shirts and/or jacket) is provided. You may wear your normal officiating uniform. This is an AAU licensed event.
