Registration opend on September 30th, 2026 on OTTO EVENT, formerly SportWrench. Register before December 23, 2026, to save $100.
More Details
- All Clubs, Coaches and Players must have AAU memberships.
- 7 match guarantee. Two days of Pool Play, followed by Monday single-elimination brackets.
- Every effort will be made to not start a match later than 4pm Monday, Feb. 15
- Age Divisions: 11 Club, 12 Club, 13 Open, 13 Club, 14 Open, 14 Club, 14 Classic, 15/16 Open, 15 Club, 15/16 Classic, 16 Club, 17/18 Club, 17/18 Classic. Division Strength: Open is the highest followed by Club and then Classic.
- Drive-thru team check-in (Thursday, Feb. 11, 4pm – 8pm and Friday, Feb. 12, 10am – 8pm). No late team check-in.
- Practice times available Friday, Feb. 12 (5pm-9pm) at Chase Field.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Acceptance priority based on when Team Entry Fee is received and Housing is booked.
- Please pay Team Entry fee BEFORE Dec. 23, 2026 to avoid a $100 Late Fee per team.
- Each Club must be registered with AAU ($30 and good until Aug. 31, 2027)
- All players and coaches must be AAU members (Coaches $55 one year or $75 two years / $22 players and good until Aug. 31, 2027)
- Enhanced Background check cost is included in AAU adult membership cost.
- Apply for Adult AAU memberships early. Background checks sometimes take 2-3 weeks to complete.
- No Coaching clinic or IMPACT certification required.

Registration Deadline is January 23, 2027
PAYMENT DEADLINES
- Register and pay before December 23, 2026 to save $100. After that date, the team entry is $1,025.
- Payment deadline is January 23, 2027, but teams are still accepted based on their payment date.
- Please pay early for the best chance to secure a spot.
- Teams paying after January 23rd will be accepted on a case by case basis.
ROSTERS
- Roster Deadline: Jan. 22, 2027
- Late Roster Deadline ($50 late Fee): Feb. 1, 2027
- Team roster information must be in Otto Event by Jan. 22, 2027 to be used for personalized player bag tag credentials. Otherwise, players will receive blank bag tags.
- Verified AAU membership numbers must be imported to Otto Event rosters.
AAU MEMBERSHIP
Festivall Fiesta is an AAU-licensed event which requires all clubs, players, coaches, and chaperones to have an AAU Membership. If your team is not already registered with AAU, click HERE to sign up.
OTTO EVENT INSTRUCTIONS
REQUIRED FORMS

No FESTIVAL WAIVER FORM is required for 2027.
The Team Coach or Chaperone must keep a copy (printed or electronic) of a completed and signed medical release waiver (MEDICAL RELEASE FORM TEMPLATE) in their possession at all times while at the Volleyball Festival.
2027 REFUND POLICY
- 100% Refund through Dec. 31, 2026
- 50% Refund between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15, 2027
- No Refund after Jan. 15, 2027
- In the case of event cancellation, $925 entry fee will be refunded (late fees and cc convenience fee are not refundable).
